I feel very taking advantage of. Had car repair 3 times. Spending $2000.00 just for them to tell me may be blown head casket. Should of told me that before taking my money and fixing stuff that doesnt matter if the casket is blown
Hello Cody, I'm sorry you feel that way as you can see from our other reviews we try out best to be as upfront and honest with our customers as possible. Originally the car came in for some oil and water leaks which we tracked down to a crack in the thermostat housing and a leaking oil filter housing gasket. We replaced both, both common issues on these model BMW's. We didn't see any signs of a head gasket issue at this time. You then had a failed oil cooler line which had nothing to do with the previous repairs. We did our best to shuffle our busy schedule to fit you in as quickly as possible. You then returned for a third time when you had an upper radiator hose fail and when the car arrived the coolant tank was empty. We replaced the hose and upon our final inspection of the coolant level noticed what looked like an oil or gas mixture in the coolant tank which is synonymous with a blown head gasket. This commonly happens when the car is overheated. We notified you of the issue immediately and recommend that you contact that dealership you purchased the car from to discuss these issues before doing anything else. Again, I apologize for the circumstance of this encounter and the vehicle you purchased having issues but our intentions will never be to take advantage of a customer in any way.
