I was having issues with my Q7. I took it to a Euro shop close to me and said trans was beginning to fail. I looked around as I felt they were pricing me high so I asked the Audi FB page whom I follow religiously. Chicane came in highly recommended so they quoted me a reasonable amount. They took care of me. Car feels as good as new! Brad was very informative and honest. They had great communication. I will continue to use them. I can see they are worth the distance and was done in an exceptional amount of time. Thanks again!

In for 5k oil service and inspection for my Audi S5. Noted brake fluid was due for change and was able to get it done while I waited.

Took my 2014 VW Passat TDI in for a diesel regen issue after emailing with the owner, and the folks here were very thorough and found some other issues with my vehicle. They ended up replacing the timing built along with the regeneration. Their main mechanic who works on VW held onto it for an extra day/morning just to ensure everything looked great. I really appreciate the time they took to ensure my vehicle was good to go, the honesty, and prices. I recommend Brad, Andrew, and the rest of the team I did not meet face to face. I’ll be back for oil changes and any other maintenance. Thanks guys!

Chicane always appears to have my best interests in mind. The way they conduct business reminds me of the way people conducted business in the small town where I grew up. Let’s all help each other out and make a little money along the way, with the added benefit that it’s fun to hang out with people who are passionate about cars.

They promised me that they are going to use OE or OEM items to fix my BMW x3 but on the contrary used quite low quality after market product which caused me to buy the same item and get it fixed again just after 18 months. I explained the situation to them but they refused to fix or replace the part. My advice is: if you are looking for quality OE /OEM parts to put on your european car then avoid this repair shop

This was my first time meeting Brad and his team at Chicane Motorsports. Being a car guy, it's hard to trust some shops. They gave me a fair price and did the job in a timely manner and with great communication, I'm looking forward to coming back for more service.
