The service and work product is great. The front desk (Andrew) was very helpful and informative in describing what was needed for our Audi and why. They were very responsive to texts and questions. Previously I had always taken our Audis to a dealership but moving forward we will use Chicane for the service and auto needs on all our performance vehicles.

I threw these guys a curve ball with fab (charge pipe and exhaust) work on an engine swapped 1986 Toyota MR2. Totally out of their specialization. They handled the ask with flying colors. Thank you guys.

Took my 911 in for an oil change, service light reset and a tail light adjustment (screw wasn’t in correctly). Unfortunately the only thing that was completed was the oil change. Service light was not reset, tail light was not addressed. When I asked about the missed items I was till I’d have to make another appointment in a week or so. Kind of shocked that for $100+ and hour little things were missed. Nice shop, tons of high end cars, nice guys, just missing some attention to detail.

Awesome service and proactive approach and communication. Chicane came highly recommended by local car clubs and online groups and forums as THE place to take my BMW for any work. Knew I was in the right place when I pulled up and saw all sorry of German vehicles of every variation and type. They were communicative, honest and I ended up needing more work than I anticipated because my coolant level had been low a few months beforehand and they informed me they had found the issue (leaking water pump). After some discussion on parts, ordering and timeframes I had them go ahead and complete that work since they already had it on the lift. They were spot on with delivery and completion times and have been putting her through the paces since getting her back a few days ago. Would highly recommend them as an honest and competitively priced German auto mechanic.

Brad and team at Chicane know everything about what it takes to get the most of your car. Careful and thorough, they explain it all and are quick! Got 80 more HP through their recommendations with custom tuning vs off the shelf. They are amazing.

I'm sure this company has lots of high level techs and tuners but I had the honor of speaking with Andrew and he did not waste my time or money.
