Great shop with knowledgable and friendly staff. My visit was limited to regularly scheduled maintenance but Chicane completed it quickly and was cheaper than the dealership. I'm not ready for any performance upgrades just yet but these guys clearly know what they're doing if that's what you're looking for.

Went in today for my C63 W204 unknown noise, experience was straight forward and I like how after diagnosis if the shop doesn’t have the parts at the moment they give you a service suggestion to do so ur not just charged a diagnosis fee and leave. The techs are observant too saw other weird noise producing stuff while looking at the car. Also allowed me to bring my own parts to be installed as I live 2+ hours away (military) and wasn’t sure if they ordered for me if I’d be available when the parts came in.
