I had them give me a second opinion for a brake job and coolant flush that the dealer said the car required. They found the brakes had 60% but had a bad wear sensor (inexpensive repair) and the coolant was fine. I had them do an engine oil change and flush brake fluid (based on age). They could have made more profit doing what the dealer thought but were honest.

Great journey so far! I bumped into Brian by accident. Stopped by and met Chris at the front desk, whom you can never spend enough time with taking about your car. I was looking for more than a cookie cutter service center and found it for sure. Before it was over they installed a stage 1 tune and I have a list of practical future projects that I can guarantee you would never hear about at your manufacturers service center. Thank you Brian and Chris. My X6 is twice as fun to drive now!

Chicane has been my go to shop for repairs and performance upgrades on my Audi R8, Ford GT and Ford Mustang. Paul is the main mechanic on my American cars since he has an extensive background not only in American made cars but BMW's and other European brands. Reed and Brian are my go to on the R8 and their work is always impeccable. Chris at the front desk and Brad leading the charge are always a pleasure to work with and I know I can trust I will get a quality repair or install whenever I use Chicane.

Chris is the person you want to talk if you are wanting to mod your BMW. Give him 10/10 for customer service. He was so helpful and gives you genuine advice per your budget and goals. Chicane Motorsports is the best performance shop in Kansas City. Would recommend them to everyone!!!
