Edited on 7/8/2021 due to them calling me and apologizing for not answering. Apparently they had switched phone systems and weren't receiving all of the calls they should have been. It was an honest phone call and sincere response. I was actually surprised they called me since it had been about a week or so. But, Chris explained to me the situation and we even chatted about my car. Next time I'm up there I'm taking it to them to check my alignment. That to me is great customer service and they definitely deserved an updated review. Thank you Chris!
