You guys were so highly recommended by friends that i had to tow my E60 M5 (aka the most death prone production car BMW ever made) all the way from MCI airport. In retrospect, that tow was totally worth it. First impressions: When I arrived to my first appointment, Andrew gave us a tour and a little history of the shop and staff. That was unexpected and super awesome!. Dont get rid of that guy! The diagnosis: Super thorough. I thought the problem with the car was a bigger issue but they were able to quickly pinpoint the issues and it ended up being something smaller. They were straight with me and didnt try to upsell me. In fact, they even gave me some advice that saved me a bit of money. The service: Outstanding! Not only did they fix the issues, they were proactively communicating through the process; keeping me informed and worry free. Fair pricing and very transparent. Summary: Exceeded my expectations. Completely different experience Ive had with other shops. Im looking forward to my next appointment for some preventative repairs. Even though you guys are in another state, Ill be bringing more toys to you in the future. Thank you and I hope to catch some of your races in the future as well!
