Great shop and even better, great staff. Customer service is on par for a shop of this caliber. Any and all things here from mechanical work to custom tunes. Highly recommend this shop. A+++ Service all around.

They replaced my fuel injectors. I kept getting misfire codes in cylinder 3 and 2. They tried figuring out around it but to confirm that its the injector had prolly got carbon into it. So they replaced all 4 to get her back on the road without any codes. They kept me informed. I was satisfied and definitely will see me back there again soon.

The team at Chicane Motorsports provide excellent service at amazing costs. From the moment you enter the building to when you leave, not only did I feel my vehicle was properly taken care of, I felt I was taken care of with regards to any questions I had, concerns, or even future modifications to the vehicle. I just had my first appointment at Chicane Motorsports. I took my S5 in for a regular service and talked to Chris about any power upgrades for my 4.2. He put an APR stage 1 tune in it and really woke it up. Unfortunately there are not many upgrades for this platform or I would have them do it. I was very impressed with the shop and everyone I met there, but most importantly the quality of service and prices. Thanks to the Audi Club of Kansas City for the recommendation. I have found a new home for my girl.

The Chicane team is unparalleled when it comes to service, quality and expertise. I have had several appointments with them for tuning/upgrades on my Audi and they have gone above and beyond every step of the way. I’m a customer for life.

Edited on 7/8/2021 due to them calling me and apologizing for not answering. Apparently they had switched phone systems and weren't receiving all of the calls they should have been. It was an honest phone call and sincere response. I was actually surprised they called me since it had been about a week or so. But, Chris explained to me the situation and we even chatted about my car. Next time I'm up there I'm taking it to them to check my alignment. That to me is great customer service and they definitely deserved an updated review. Thank you Chris!
