Chris was absolutely amazing at helping me diagnose my oil leak and then even went above and beyond fully cleaning every spot of oil residue to ensure there was nothing else wrong. He helped me source parts online and save some money over purchasing them at the local Audi dealer, and there was no pressure to upsell additional parts. 10/10 will be coming back for any other issues.
