I was having issues with my Q7. I took it to a Euro shop close to me and said trans was beginning to fail. I looked around as I felt they were pricing me high so I asked the Audi FB page whom I follow religiously. Chicane came in highly recommended so they quoted me a reasonable amount. They took care of me. Car feels as good as new! Brad was very informative and honest. They had great communication. I will continue to use them. Took my 2014 VW Passat TDI in for a diesel regen issue after emailing with the owner, and the folks here were very thorough and found some other issues with my vehicle. They ended up replacing the timing built along with the regeneration. Their main mechanic who works on VW held onto it for an extra day/morning just to ensure everything looked great. I really appreciate the time they took to ensure my vehicle was good to go, the honesty, and prices. I recommend Brad, Andrew, and the rest of the team I did not meet face to face. I’ll be back for oil changes and any other maintenance. Thanks guys!
