Customer service was great they kept me informed in everything they did. My 750LI runs great no issues as of yet. Will definately use them again either on my BMW or my Audi.

Chicane figured out problems other automotive places couldn't they are very good advice and they're not out there just to take your money they give you the best bang for your buck in my opinion probably the best automotive spot in KC area

Brought in my recently acquired E46 M3 for all new fluids and overall vehicle inspection. Easy to schedule appointment and Brad took time to discuss what all was being done and provided me a detailed email of all findings. Overall a great experience and know my BMW is in good hands.

Great shop. They were able to slot me in same week for an alignment, for a Mazdaspeed3, after installing adjustable camber arms. They had reinstall the camber arms due to my mistake in installation but labor cost were more than reasonable and timely given it was unplanned in the appointment. Back on the road and drives better than before so I'll make sure to reach out when I have another install to do.

Called and was able to speak with someone that same day who was HELPFUL. I’d say I’m about ready to be done with Aristocrat Motors at this point.
